چکیده

Due to the dynamic nature of food supply chain system, management could suffer because of, and be interrupted by, unforeseen events. Considering perishable fresh products their short life cycle, companies feel immense pressure adopt an efficient proactive risk system. The aspects within chains have been addressed in several studies. However, only a few studies focus on complex interactions between various types risks impacting functionality feedback effects, which can generate reliable This paper strives contribute this evident research gap by adopting system dynamics modelling approach systemic model. model serves as basis for simulation index values explored future work further analyse risk’s effect system’s behaviour. According literature review published from 2017 2021, nine different across were identified subsection major categories: macro-level operational risks. Following stage, two groups first integrated with developed conduct evaluate interaction three main dairy processes: production, logistics, retailing. key findings drawn beneficial enhancing managerial discernment regarding critical role models analysing process improving its efficiency.
